CarePoint is here to assist you with the tremendous responsibility of helping your loved one get the services and care they need in a manner that respects their individuality, independence, and lifestyle. We work with people to identify areas of need and develop a plan with the client and support persons to facilitate getting the necessary assistance through a multitude of resources. Our goal is to utilize these resources to allow clients to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

We perform comprehensive assessments of each client to assure that your loved one is getting the most appropriate services for their needs. We assist you down the path of acquiring identified services, including interviewing potential caregivers, touring facilities if remaining in the home is not an option, and dealing with any problems along the way. Along with meeting safety and physical needs, we are also here to help deal with the emotional complexities these situations bring forth for both client and support persons. We are also available for your loved one when you can’t be due to work, scheduling conflicts, or long distance seperation.

CarePoint is an independently owned company. Any recommendations we make are completely unbiased and objective. We work only for our clients and do not receive any kind of referral fees or financial incentives from any person or businesses that we refer to.

Our founding principle is not to recommend a service, company, facility, etc that we would not recommend to our own family members. Nor will our service be anything other then what we would want….the very best, most compassionate care coordinating services possible.

We adhere to the Standard of Practice and Pledge of Ethics as set forth by the National Association of Geriatric Care Professionals.
